Lee S. Johnsen, CPT, CPLP, SPHR is a respected leader, author and international facilitator in the fields of virtual team management, leadership development and performance improvement. With a hybrid background in both business and counseling, Lee brings his unique expertise to coaching and consulting with executives and leaders. He is an expert at helping global teams and their leaders navigate the challenges and opportunities of working in a virtual world. He has spoken internationally on this and other topics that motivate and engage audiences to expand their thinking and leadership practices.

Focused on helping organizations achieve excellence, Lee is a respected thought leader in the areas of performance improvement, leadership development and change management. Experience

Lee S. Johnsen is Principal and Founder of Partners in Development (PID). He has over 20 years’ experience in successfully guiding organizations to improve productivity and develop leaders. Lee has worked with clients from industries including oil and gas, financial services, third-party logistics, private education, health care, insurance, and nonprofits. In 2014, he spent five months developing young leaders in Saudi Arabia.

His career includes officer and management positions in Fortune 500 corporations as well as government agencies. He has the international distinction of being one of only a few who is certified by all three international human resources organizations—Association for Talent Development (ATD), International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He is a published author of several articles and co-authored the book Real World Teambuilding Strategies That Work (Insight Publishing).
